Executive Chef and Proprietor, Hugo Meyer was raised in Cordoba, Argentina. Leaving at the age of seventeen for Europe, he left behind one of his passions, Argentine Asados.

Once in Germany, Hugo began his career in Restaurants. Shortly thereafter he decided to move to Alicante, Spain and opened his own restaurant, Carpe Diem. It was there he met his wife, Victoria, and the two moved to Belize to build and operate several additional restaurants.

In 2020 the couple relocated to Colorado and opened another restaurant in Erie. Since winning the World Cup in 2022, Hugo has been celebrating with friends and family with Asados, and Argentine food. When Hugo realized there was no full service Argentine restaurant in Colorado, he knew he needed to open one!

Hugo and his team are looking forward to bringing family tradition and national favorites of Argentina to Erie, Colorado
