Owners Chef Hugo and Victoria Meyer are currently developing an exciting new culinary venture—Malbec—an authentic Argentine restaurant concept that will bring bold flavors, traditional techniques, and a vibrant dining experience to a new location in Erie!

As a special preview, we invite you to join us on May 20th at Piripi, where we will be hosting an exclusive pop-up event showcasing this new concept.

Indulge in a thoughtfully curated three-course meal, expertly crafted by Chef Hugo, showcasing the rich traditions and vibrant flavors of Argentine cuisine. Entraña, chorizo, morcilla, and mollejas, served traditional Argentine style with wedge potatoes, salsa brava and chimichurri
